First edition in book form, octavo, title printed in red and black with 2 pages of advertisements at rear and the first page incorrectly numbered "2"; bound contemporary red quarter morocco and marbled boards by Cedric Chivers, gilt stamped title on spine, marbled endpapers, top edge gilt; light toning concentrated at margins; boards stained and a bit scuffed, extremities rubbed with some chipping, discoloration and wear to spine, part of the gilt title chipped off, foxing to flyleaves; ex libris A.J. Clay of Holly Bush; 7 1/4 x 4 1/2 in.
