Condition B: repaired tears, replaced losses, creases and abrasions at edges and along vertical and horizontal folds; repaired tears in image; ink and paper stamp at top left. Two-sheets. Mounted on paper.
Coventry was, for a time, the epicenter of the bicycle market, growing out of the Coventry Sewing Machine Company's desire to branch out to new products. The Warman & Hazelwood company was founded circa 1887, and manufactured the Coventry Cross bicycle. The Coventry Cross Cycle Co. acquired Warman & Hazlewood in 1896.
